Making some flour for important people in my life. This video represents the last stage in buckwheat and wheat growing process. In the subtitles you can read about technology of flour milling. Buckwheat and wheat are organically grown, machine harvested and manually cleaned. No chemistry is used in any stage of growing, storing or milling the grain.
