Surrey's Police and Crime Commissioner, Lisa Townsend, has introduced the latest edition of her monthly newsletter. During April, Lisa launched her Police and Crime Plan, which features a focus on 'back-to-basics' policing, joined a retail crime patrol in Waverley, and visited Guildford to learn how Safer Streets funding secured by her office is being used.
