This is my opinion as someone who regularly plays the Indian version of Monster Strike. I think there are other ways to increase the number of new users. Also, although I didn't mention it in the video, quest encounters are limited to 20 minutes. They appear as EX-type quests while playing regular quests, and if you want to collect characters in multiplayer, you need to farm them within those 20 minutes.
