We are Eric, Kimberley, and Distin. We are from Alaska. We started our adventures in Alaska on our Nordhavn 55. We sold her and are now beginning our adventures on a new to us Nordhavn 50. Cruising Around Maine – East Penobscot Bay to Somes Sound! 🐚⚓ Join us as we continue our adventure through the beautiful coast of Maine aboard Havaseas! In this episode, we top off our fuel and head out through East Penobscot Bay, navigating the scenic Eggemoggin Reach, Pond Island Passage, and around Black Island, before cruising through the Western Way and into the stunning Somes Sound. 🐟 While at anchor, we’re treated to an incredible experience watching seals fish, until a few fishing boats arrived and scooped up all the action! 🗺️ We also take time to download charts for Canada as we get ready for the next leg of our trip. 🤝 And best of all, we had an amazing time hanging out with fellow Nordhavn owners in our “noodle” — great conversations, beautiful boats, and unforgettable memories. 📍Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe to follow the rest of our cruising journey!
