Speaker 1: Choosing the right type of hospital Dr Makabongwe Kaseke is a post-comm serve medical doctor based in Johannesburg. She completed her studies in 2022. She then went on to do her internship at CMJAH and her Comm serve at Mafikeng Provincial Hospital. She also serves as an executive member of the Junior Doctors Association of South Africa (JUDASA). In her free time she likes catching up on pop culture, listening to Taylor Swift and doing crafty activities. Speaker 2: Medical internship at a rural placement Dr Vhudi Ravhutsi is a distinguished junior medical doctor, a multi-award-winning emerging thought leader and trailblazer in the South African healthcare landscape with alumni status on multiple prestigious programs, renowned for his unwavering commitment to clinical excellence, advocacy, and transformative leadership. He is currently a Community Service Medical Officer and is studying towards his Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health with the University of Pretoria, with a vision to specialise in Public Health Medicine.
