Here's the link for my everyday kitchen essentials https://amzn.to/4u859Hw Ingredients ✅ 500g (1 lb) ground beef ✅ 1 cup mashed sweet potato (don't use too much, or the patties will be very soft) ✅ 1 medium onion, finely chopped ✅ 3 cloves garlic, minced ✅ 1 tsp paprika ✅ 1 tsp onion powder (optional) ✅ 1 tsp garlic powder (optional) ✅ 1 tsp parsley or dried herbs ✅ 1 tsp salt or to taste ✅½ tsp black pepper ✅1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional) Instructions 1. Boil and mash the sweet potato. Let it cool completely. 2. Mix all the ingredients together just until combined. 3. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to help them firm up. 4. Shape into patties. 5. Cook in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat for about 4–5 minutes per side, turning gently.
