Add 16g unsalted butter and knead further. ③ Place the dough in a bowl and let it rise for the first time. *Oven rise setting: 35°C. Approximately 60 minutes, or until the dough doubles in size. *Times are approximate (check the rise frequently). ④ Release the gas, divide the dough into 8 pieces, roll them into balls, and let them rest for 15 minutes. ⑤ Place the dough in 8cm x 8cm squares. Roll out the dough into a 7cm oval and firmly press the sausage into the center. ⑥ Arrange on a baking sheet and let it rise until it is one size larger. *Oven rise setting: 40°C. Approximately 20 minutes until the dough is 1.5-2 times its original size. *Times are approximate (check the rise frequently). ⑦ Brush the dough with a whole egg (left over from the batter) and top with ketchup and mayonnaise. ⑧ Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
