2020 Chevy Colorado ZR2 Duramax Diesel Transmission Shift Control Replacement
Vehicle: 2020 Chevy Colorado ZR2 Duramax Diesel Part being changed: Transmission Control (shifter) Part Number: 85533426 This tutorial should be applicable for Chevy Colorados and GMC Canyons years 2015-2022. Not the best tutorial but since there was little information for me when this issue occurred, I figured I’d help the next poor fella this happens to. I made the assumption the reason why my shifter wouldn’t move from park was because this control unit versus what was frequently coming up as the issue, faulty break light switch, when I researched online was because my break lights were still flashing. Hope this helps!
