First witnesses called in preliminary hearing for Tyler Robinson in Charlie Kirk killing
A preliminary hearing begins Monday for the man accused of killing conservative activist Charlie Kirk. Tyler Robinson, 23, is charged with aggravated murder in the fatal shooting of Kirk on the Utah Valley University campus in September. Prosecutors in Utah will try to show the court that they have enough evidence to send the case against Robinson to trial.
