Plan4HealthNJ: Healthy Foods and Agriculture Toolkit

A program of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Planning Association, Plan4HealthNJ is reimagining how communities are shaped so that health is built into the places we live, work, and move through every day. By aligning community master plans and land use objectives with health outcomes, the initiative helps municipalities create environments that support longer, healthier lives. Through data-informed strategies and practical tools, communities are better equipped to address long-standing disparities and make decisions that promote opportunity, well-being, and resilience. The Healthy Food and Agriculture Toolkit is led by Tara Kenyon. For more information, visit: www.Plan4HealthNJ.org.
