"SUMMER HITS Challenge ☀️🏖️💪 Today's routine: Warm-up Duration: 7 minutes No equipment needed Hello Guapísimas! As I mentioned in the Instagram and Facebook stories, I wanted to do something different for the summer, especially with the goal of keeping up with physical activity even when you're on vacation. It's clear that vacations are meant for rest and reducing activity as much as possible, but I believe there's time for everything: activity and relaxation. And since many of you already have the habit of exercising and tell me that "your body asks for it" even on vacation, I've created these short routines, no longer than 10 minutes, to quickly get you moving and experience the positive physical, mental, and emotional benefits that exercise provides.
