Mustang 2018 ESS G3 Supercharger Installation - Australian RHD

This video details the installation of my ESS G3 Supercharger on my 2018 S550 Mustang GT (Aussie version - 10R80) This is a detailed video on the installation, taking into account being an Australian Mustang, which has a slightly different installation process / challenges, compared to the LH Drive, American Mustang. I cover such things as: Install info, Coyote engine, HP limitations (gearbox/engine), Oil Pump Gears (OPG's), Lund Racing Tune, Catch can, High flow cats (danger info), TDN Ap, RTD Device, HP Credits ($80), Stop the Hop Kit, Drag tyres and Uniglide (additive) etc. Before installing the ESS Kit, I recommend the following; Stop the Hop Kit, Longtube Headers / Free Flowing Exhaust (change factory resonator e.g. Borla), OPG's, UPR Dual VTA Catch Can System, look at your honeycomb inside your Cats (danger - may shift) and 305/50R17 MT ET R's (traction:) Since installation and posting this video, it looks like ESS have updated their current range of Superchargers and the G4 has been removed, and the following are now their standard options. G2 (575-800whp), G3 (650-950whp), G3X (with X Trim 7075 Impeller), G3R (725-1100whp) and G3R Raw Billet (22 kilograms - total weight) - ESS Note: G3 X-Trim - applications targeting 900-950 whp (ESS). Note: Optional 10PK drive system for both G2, G3 and G3R systems as a direct bolt on upgrade... only recommended for extreme racing conditions / power output approaches 1000HP. For my Mustang, I personally ordered; G3 (650-950 whp), 120mm Pulley, Std impeller, Blk Wrinkle SC, Tial Blow Off Valve, GT 5OO Injectors, DW 415 Fuel pump (no booster), HP Straight Gears (loud) and G4 Intercooler (stock bottom end - Fuel E98). If going to E85 fuel (e.g. G3), changes need to be made. E.g. Smaller Pulley, New tune, Fuel System / Pump Booster, Injectors, Gearbox - upgrade? Rear axle - upgrade? Catch can (e.g.) https://www.beefcakeracing.com/5029-221/ Note1: My steel pipe I added (was short 3") between the hoses. It's 100mm Dia and about 5" in length (please measure yourself based on your own application). Note2: Once you get your ESS SC, you may have traction issues! (ha ha - not a bad problem). I recommend 305/50R17 MT ET R's (these will fit well and should be sufficient). Some alternative's in the MT ET R's; 305/55R17's are a very tall tyre and may not fit inside your guards. 315/50R17 you may need a custom offset to fit these. 15" rims, you'll need a Baer brake upgrade. Note3: The above are only recommendations. Please do your own research and check with your mechanic, performance shop or tuner.
