Miksi Suomen maahanmuuttopolitiikka ei toimi?

Exactly one year ago, I made a video in which immigrants talked about their life in Finland and in particular about the difficulties they encounter when dealing with the Finnish Immigration Service (Migri). Interaction was perceived as being inhumane and downright Kafkaesque. The issue is relevant for Finland as a whole, as our ageing country needs more labour. However, despite its good points, Finland did not seem a very attractive destination for many people at the time, precisely because of its cumbersome bureaucracy. A year ago, representatives of Migri told us that they were aware of the problems and were working to solve them. In this video, I wanted to revisit the issue and see if there has been any progress.
