HITMAN Trilogy Master SASO Speedrun 43:16 IGT

April 3, 2021 edit- Go here for my new record (no resets, commentated):    • HITMAN Trilogy Master SASO Speedrun 42:22 ...   Silent Assassin/ Suit Only Speedrun of all 20 main campaign missions of the HITMAN World of Assassination Trilogy on Master Difficulty, in 43 minutes 16 seconds in-game time (IGT). Single Segment run, 1 reset in Dartmoor. Played in the HITMAN 3 launcher, as you can import levels from the previous 2 HITMAN games. Commentary: I guess I would just say that I don't recommend this category to anyone. Master SASO elevates many headturn RNG to pure nonsense levels. For instance, 1:00:29 of the run, there is a chance you just get spotted here and there's nothing you can do about it. Watching for the headturn isn't even accurate as the guard can turn his head the other way as you go into corridor. And I don't even know how I got spotted in Dartmoor first attempt. After bullet distraction failed, I decided to just shoot the chandelier without distraction, hiding in bushes while doing so. The drawback of this backup is it is harder to see the chandelier rope through bushes. Already grinded this a week, cba trying this for no restarts any time soon, if at all. I used to love playing on Master difficulty but after returning to it in HITMAN 3 I can safely say that is no longer the case. Outside of the Season 1 maps, most of the strategies are carbon copies of my Professional full game SASO strats adapted to sharper viewcones.
