Eterno Cheongdam, famous for its apartments sold out by singers IU and Song Joong-ki, has now completed its successful pre-sale and launched Eterno Apgujeong in front of the Galleria Department Store in the heart of Gangnam. Son Heung-min, Song Joong-ki, and IU are well-known for their pre-sales. Born in 1937, at the age of 87, he approached the design of Eterno Apgujeong with the expectation that it might be his last project. Many international architects are also showing great interest in this project, which makes me very excited. It's located across from Apgujeong Rodeo in the heart of Gangnam, behind the Designer Club. Generally, luxury homes in Gangnam are concentrated along the Han River, in the areas of Cheongdam-dong and Samseong-dong, and near the southern end of Yeongdong Bridge. This area, formerly the Hyosung Villa redevelopment area, lacks well-known luxury homes, aside from Enigmaville and Marknoville. The construction of a super-luxury residence, measuring 1,551 pyeong (5,500 sq ft) and towering 50 meters, in this area is truly a rarity. Currently, the sale prices start in the 20 billion won range for the 74-pyeong (approximately 3,500 sq ft) standard unit on the 3rd to 9th floors, while the super penthouse unit on the 11th to 13th floors is priced in the 70 billion won range.
