The Moosehorn Flathead, best known as the Moose Horn, is an epiphyte from the fern family. Its leaves, as they grow, resemble moose antlers. The plant is covered in hairy hairs, which give them a silvery color but also protect them from excessive moisture loss. Hairy hairs are like dust, and we don't wipe them off the leaves. During repotting, I discuss methods for growing this fern, as it doesn't have to be traditional potted, and also the appropriate conditions we should provide for the plant.
