Hemiplegic Migraine Successfully Treated with Bupivacaine Cervical Injections
A 12 year old male who presented with a severe hemiplegic migraine demonstrated a dramatic therapeutic response after being treated with bilateral cervical injections of 0.5% bupivacaine. This was the first time that I used this headache treatment on a patient with a hemiplegic migraine. We have a number of other videos demonstrating how to perform the cervical injections.
