In this vlog, the moment has finally arrived: my brand-new DAF XF New Generation is ready at the DAF garage in Heerenveen. After driving the Scania for a while, we are returning to a new DAF for bulk transport. I will take you along from Zwolle towards Heerenveen, where I will take a look at the new combination for the first time. We walk around the truck, inspect the cab, the new systems, the cameras, the mirrors, the 360-degree camera, the fuel tank, AdBlue, spoilers, and all the small details that you notice immediately as a driver. Afterwards, we are going to drive the first few kilometers with the new DAF XF. How does it drive? How does it steer? How does it shift gears? And what are the things I am immediately happy with, but also the things I still need to get used to? Picking up a brand-new truck remains a special moment.
