A good new hotel and an excellent new modern spacious room, value for money, excellent beach, sea, food tastes average, there is something tasty that is cooked fresh in front of you, otherwise you need to choose, as there is a lot of not tasty food and less tasty food, the water in the main restaurant in glass bottles is not tasty, I do not recommend, so the tea and coffee are not tasty, the water in plastic bottles in the rooms is tasty, the choice of meat is large, there is no seafood, or there is little and not always, there is little fruit and you need to choose, not all fruits are ripe and tasty, we took tea and coffee in the bar near the reception, we liked the cappuccino coffee, in the sports bar they make different tasty cocktails, there you can also get not only draft beer but also canned beer in the hotel all-inclusive meals, the range of food changes a little every day, but the quality of service is good, they always ask what to bring, say hello and smile. We flew on a direct flight, Nordwind Airlines, Moscow - Cayo Coco Island, flew for 14 hours, were fed on the plane once and brought drinks twice, the food on the plane was not very good. Excellent location of the Iberostar Selection Esmeralda 5 * hotel on the 1st line, about 2 minutes walk to the sea, we lived in building 4, room 4112, 2nd floor with a sea view, which is very convenient, I recommend taking the 2nd and 3rd floors, there are no mosquitoes, those who lived on the 1st floor had different insects and mosquitoes, 8 days were excellent days without waves and 5 days with waves for 13 days, but with the waves it was also possible to swim, the beach sand is like flour and the sand does not heat up from the sun at all, which is very comfortable, the entrance to the sea is gentle, 10 meters to walk and already up to the neck, swimming is comfortable for both children and adults, on the beach in good weather you can order a banana, a catamaran and a sailboat for free, at night the hotel is quiet, but, according to the orientation from 21 to 23 in the evening every day there is animation at the main pool and in our 4th building the animation was heard, the sea in March 2023 it was about 25-27 degrees, the room was cleaned every day, but bed linen and towels were changed only 2 times in 12 nights, the room has a large free safe, LCD TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer, landline telephone, iron, ironing board, umbrella, hair dryer, bathrobe, floor scales, free Wi-Fi router in each room, water, Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and on the beach is also free, but the Internet needs to be extended every 3 hours of use at the reception or by hotel phone. We did not go to the alacard restaurants in this hotel, you can sign up for them in advance, but as we were told by those who have already been there, that it is a long wait for everything to be brought to you and the choice of food is less than in the main restaurant.
