MODERN Makeover of 1980's Outdated Armoire

This week’s project is extra special—my daughter, Kate, is learning how to flip furniture, and this armoire was her biggest project yet! She tackled everything from removing dated moldings to adding fresh fluted trim, painting the body in a deep black (Tricorn Black), and stripping/restaining the wood base in a rich, warm brown. I helped here and there, but most of the work was done by her! The result? A modern, elegant armoire with brand-new hardware, lined drawers, and a timeless style.
