Today I propose an inner peace meditation based on accepting everything that happens within us, here and now. In this meditation, we will place special emphasis on accepting that this is how we experience the present moment. We will do this by observing, trying to maintain the position of a simple observer of what is happening in the present moment, perceiving what we notice, what we feel, what we think. We will also work with the breath, which allows us to firmly ground ourselves in the present. Remember that every time the mind wanders and we manage to return to the exercise, we are training mindful attention. The victory lies not in never getting distracted, but in returning again and again, every time that happens. This is how we train mental attention. I hope you enjoy it and find it useful.
