St. Leonard's Boys Shine

When there is good news to tell, the Barbados Government Information Service loves to share. The St. Leonard’s Boys School Form 1D end-of-school term results are in. Let’s break down some of their achievements:  The lowest exam average over 12 subjects in a class of 27 students is 63%  24 students averaged over 70%  In Spanish, the lowest mark was 81%  There were 10 instances of a student receiving a mark of 100% in a subject  There were 51 instances of students receiving 80% or above in a subject  3 boys achieved an overall average of over 80%  21 boys achieved an overall average between 70% and 80% Form 1D class teacher Andrew Lokey celebrated with his students and parents last Friday with a luncheon and prize-giving ceremony. "These young men chose to utilise many lunch and after-school times in their quest to succeed in their studies, and we are proud of their results," Mr Lokey said.
