In this video, I share the assembly of an improvised incubator for tortoise eggs. After 10 years without any tortoise hatchlings, 3 hatchlings finally appeared in the backyard. This is the first time a brood has hatched naturally. After checking the other nests and seeing that the eggs were rotten, and locating a nest where the tortoise had just laid eggs, I decided to build an incubator to try to help the process and successfully hatch the eggs.
