Biking Roots goes back to Flintridge - Houston MTB
Last month right before the rain I was able to make it out to the Flintridge Trail in the Woodlands, TX part of the George Mitchell preserve trails. It had been many years since I had been out there and is is often closed due to mud. The first part of the ride was ok until I lost my phone. Luckily I found it and continued exploring. The inner trail is super windy and somewhat boring after a while, but the outer trails have some interesting terrain. Also, they have recently started cutting a long wider trail through the woods that is supposed to be a 13 mile loop. Can't wait to go try it again soon.
