What happened next reminded me that meaningful photography does not depend on perfect conditions, golden hour, or technically flawless images. Sometimes, the most important photograph begins with slowing down, paying attention, and being willing to see what is actually in front of us. We worked with hard light, deep shadows, unexpected conversations, and an unplanned connection with two strangers, Abraham and Uriel. This experience reminded me that photography can support healing, emotional processing, storytelling, and human connection. The meaning is not always in the light. It is in what you choose to see.
