Hiking Japan's Cherry Blossom Mountain! | Mt. Yoshino, Nara

The day I hiked a mountain through 30,000 cherry trees. This is my trip to a remote mountain in rural Nara Prefecture called Mt. Yoshino. Mount Yoshino (Yoshinoyama) in Nara Prefecture is Japan’s premier cherry blossom destination, boasting approximately 30,000 trees. Designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the mountain transforms into a stunning pink landscape every spring and offers beautiful hiking, historic temples, and vibrant foliage year-round. Although Nara is world-famous for its Deer, Temples and being the first capital of Japan, most people are unaware of the beauty its countryside has to offer. This place is one of the best getaways for the spring season to enjoy cherry blossoms away from the crowd. About Me : I am Adi, a Travel Filmmaker based in Osaka, Japan.
