Sepsis- Life 5.5 years Post
Second mini bio, nearly 2 years following my first. We relocated to Rancho Mirage, CA, in January 2014. At the time, of this video, I'd been in and out of Eisenhower Hospital; for GI issues. In April, 2015, I'd find myself, admitted via ER, for an emergency colon resection. Without the support of dear family friends, I would've been lost. It is now October 1, 2018. I am receiving care at Cleveland Clinic. I wish I could say, my health has made terrific strides. I can say, stay positive. Never give up. Don't settle for half ass healthcare. Not all MD's know what they are talking about. Like us all, they have opinions; different. Channel your anger, in a positive way. Remember, your loved ones silently suffer too. My sons have taught me. I choose to practice gratitude. Practice. As it doesn't come natural to me. As a Cleveland Browns billboard, on the 480 says, "HARD TiMES NEVER LAST.' It's true. It may feel like life will never get better. Laugh more. Stay hopeful. Life is precious. ~Angie
