Ragam Thanam Pallavi || 24 Ragas || Trichur Brothers || Independence Day Special

Bhaarath Mata ki Jai. Here's wishing you all a Happy Independence Day. We are thrilled to present to you, a special Ragam Thanam Pallavi to celebrate this wonderful occasion. A pallavi, we composed about a couple of years back in Khanda Eka Taalam with the lines ' Naadinom Poraadinom Bhaaratha Mannukke, Aanandam adhai adaindhom Andru (Naadinom..)' roughly translating as a tribute to the Freedom Fighters who sacrificed their lives in order for all of us to attain the ecstacy of Freedom. We have kept the Ragam and Pallavi straightforward and simple for want of time and concentrated mainly on the Thaanam. We have rendered Thaanam in 24 Ragas symbolising the 24 spokes on the Ashoka/Dharma Chakra. Have a great Independence Day and lets all try and become ideal citizens serving the Motherland. Jai Hind! PS : Take a guess of the 24 ragas in the order in which it has been rendered. We will annoounce the name of the Ragas in a week.
