Creamy Seafood Rice Recipe: INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 1.5 l of 100% Natural Easy Seafood Paella Stock @gallinablanca 320 g of rice 200 g of cuttlefish 8 prawns 60 g of caramelized onion 50 g of salmorreta Olive oil and salt PREPARATION: 1. In a saucepan, sear the peeled prawns with a drizzle of oil over high heat, set aside, and add the chopped cuttlefish. Remove from the pan when the water has stopped boiling, and in the same oil, add the prawn heads, crush them to release all their juice, and set aside. 2. In the same saucepan, add the caramelized onion and salmorreta, stir a few times, and add the rice. Mix and add the cuttlefish, pour in the hot stock, and cook over medium heat for 17 minutes, stirring constantly. 3. At the last minute, add the prawns and serve. NOTE: You can find the salmorreta recipe on my profile.
