Today, we're making it ourselves. I'll show you how to get a perfectly crispy duck using pre-prepared duck from the Asian market and how to make a quick vegetable chop suey with a glossy sauce. It also works with chicken or can be made completely vegetarian with tofu, mushrooms, or extra vegetables.
