ND&W 3054 wobbles down the bad track

Recent ND&W video:    • ND&W 1603 shoves a hopper in the snow plus...   I filmed this back in early December. 3054 starts out crossing the CSX/Wabash diamond in Defiance Ohio and makes the slow trip to Cecil to pick up a string of boxcars.
