1968 Dodge Charger Restoration - Episode 30 - Wheelhouse Install & Trunk Pan Sectioning

Hello and welcome to my channel! I want to introduce my 1968 Dodge Charger project car. This car requires a complete restoration and I will do my best to document the process in what will be a long series of videos. In this episode I start by removing the inner and outer wheelhouses from the car and permanently weld them together. Then I reinstall them so I can use them as a reference for sectioning the trunk pan and also fabricating all of the little brackets and other pieces. This was probably a 12 hour job and boy am I glad it's over! Overall the pieces turned out good and they will definitely add a ton of strength back into the car once they are welded in permanently. Next up is finishing the sectioning of the trunk and doing one last fit check of everything before I weld it all together permanently! Progress is happening quick!
