Set Tour of ABC's The Kids Are Alright

Recently while I was in LA on a hosted trip with Disney and ABC, I had the opportunity to tour the set of ABC's The Kids Are Alright and meet show actors Caleb Foote (“Eddie Cleary”) and Michael Cudlitz (“Mike Cleary”). I also had the chance to meet production designer Michael Whetstone, set decorator Claudette Didul, costume designer Susan Michalek, line producer Kris Eber and the show’s creator, showrunner and executive producer Tim Doyle. I hope you'll enjoy this peek around the set. They were constructing at the time of our tour, so I removed most audio so that you can enjoy the tour of the Cleary home which starts in the front room, goes through the dining room (where Caleb Foote and production designer Michael Whetstone give us a short explanation of why the house is laid out like it is) and into the kitchen and then back to the bedrooms and the ONE bathroom in this home! I also give you a peek at the backyard, the family car and a surprise at the ending which includes a surprise appearance from a few cast members! If you spend any time in the 1960s and 1970s then I think you will really enjoy peeking around this home ... you'll probably recognize quite a few things. Let me know what your favorites are! My personal favorites? The crochet doll toilet paper cover in the bathroom, the spoon collection in the dining room, the artwork on the walls and the glass grape clusters seen in both the TV room and the dining room.
