The Producers - Original Broadway Cast - Chicago Tryouts 2001 - King Of Broadway

Here is another rare treat for my fellow Broadway fans. This is the "King Of Broadway" number from the Broadway Smash Hit THE PRODUCERS that was filmed in 2001 in Chicago before the show came to Broadway in New York City! This number introduced Nathan Lane's character Max Bialystock in the show and I have no idea why idea why it was cut from the movie version of the show. It set up his character and the number shouldn't of been cut. For those who missed the oppurtunity to see the Original Cast On Broadway, here you go. Enjoy this rare clip. : )
