Assessing and Servicing this Lovely 1950's era Singer 185K.

I recently picked up this lovely fawn and brown Singer 185K sewing machine from a thrift store. In this video, I go through assessing and servicing the machine. This machine is in fairly good condition and is sporting its original brown belt and bobbin winder rubber ring. The foot controller and power plug however are not the original brown colour. I also picked up another faun and brown 185K from the recently acquired museum collection. That machine isn't in as good a condition but it has the original brown foot controller and power plug. I'll put these with the machine from this video to get the machine closer to original. Unfortunately, neither of the machines has the original brown power flex.
