Oakland Police Dept. Officer Jordan Wingate Procession

Seen in this video is the funeral procession to 3-Crosses Church in Castro Valley. Jordan Wingate graduated from the 176th Oakland Police Dept. academy back in 2017, he graduated valedictorian and was voted rookie of the year. On August 13th, 2018, lives of the Wingate family and the Oakland Police Dept. would be changed forever, while Wingate was responding to a call near the Port of Oakland he collided with an SUV and would then crash into a semi-truck causing life threatening injuries. Jordan Wingate was fighting for 5 years, 8 months, and seven days, before he unfortunately succumbed to his injuries on April 20th, 2024. End of Watch: 4/20/24.
