Now that I'm finally starting to see the results, I'm proud and a little emotional. 😄 Of course, I worked hard the past two years, but this year was especially difficult, balancing my final grades, extracurricular activities, and CSAT prep under the pressure of being a third-year high school student. ;) Honestly, it would be a lie to say I worked hard every single day, but as a third-year high school student, I've been giving my all to my studies every single day, to the point where I feel like I can never live like this again! I experienced occasional burnout and the uncertainty of the future held me back, but I persevered and tried my best to avoid distracting thoughts. As a result, I was able to maintain my mental focus until the CSAT and interview.🥹 My CSAT scores were similar to my usual scores in some subjects, and less satisfactory in others. Unfortunately, I didn't meet the minimum requirements for the universities I was accepted to. 😅 Speaking of universities, this video shows the announcement of all six of my early admissions results. My second, third, and fourth choices were rejected due to first-round rejections and failure to meet the minimum requirements. Fortunately, my fifth and sixth choices received preliminary numbers, so I knew I could get into any of them next year. I waited with a mixture of relief and anxiety for the announcement of my first choice, Seoul National University.🥲 I couldn't believe it when I received the final results, but I finally got accepted to Seoul National University, my first choice, after receiving a preliminary acceptance! I was so happy and felt like all the hardships I'd endured had been rewarded. ㅎㅎ And I'm so grateful for all the interest and support from those around me, both in person and through phone calls. Realizing every day that there are so many people supporting my entrance exam—family, acquaintances, friends, teachers, and more—gave me even more strength :) Thanks to your support, I persevered and achieved my first acceptance to Seoul National University! I'm so, so grateful to everyone ❤️💙 Now that I'm wrapping up my high school years, I'm excited to wrap up my three years in a pretty package and archive them in my memories. 🥰 Starting next year, I'll be back with a college student vlog :) Of course, I'll be uploading a lot more content before then, so please stay tuned! Therefore, I didn't have much time to devote to regular admissions. :) Some people have linked my college admissions results to my regular admissions scores, so I wanted to share that I thought rolling admissions, which involves consistently participating in various activities throughout school, was a better fit for me.
