MERINGUE: ✅️ 180 g egg whites (4 eggs). ✅️ 90 g White sugar ✅️ 3/4 tsp Lemon juice ✅️ Flavoring to taste Preparation: 1. Place the water and sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Heat until it reaches 118-120°C. 2. Pour the egg whites into a bowl and beat at medium speed until stiff peaks form. Add the lemon juice and continue beating for approximately 3-4 minutes (depending on the speed). Then, gradually add the sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. 3. Once the mixture reaches 118°C, slowly pour the syrup into the bowl in a thin stream while continuing to beat. Continue beating until the mixture has cooled completely before adding the flavoring of your choice. 4.
