He is not here; he has risen!” (Luke 24:1-6) Second Glorious Mystery: The Ascension of the Lord into Heaven “After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, he was taken up into heaven and he sat at the right hand of God” (Mark 16:19). Third Glorious Mystery: The Coming of the Holy Spirit “When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them” (Acts 2:1-4). Fourth Glorious Mystery: The Assumption of Mary into Heaven “From now on all generations will call me blessed, for the Lord has done great things for me” (Luke 1:48-49). Fifth Glorious Mystery: The Coronation of Mary as Queen and Lady of All Creation “A great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head” (Rev 12:1).
