Living Green on a Blue Planet: Green Touring Norway: Bergen Part One

Kerri and I took a brief green tour of Norway in September of 2025. We visited museums, harbors, neighborhoods, woods, mountains, Oslo, Tromso, and Bergen. I focused on the environment, the Arctic, and the Sami people. We loved the food and the people. It was sad that in our brief time in Norway we were not able to visit family members. That however gives us a reason to go back. This video covers our adventures discovering neighborhoods, harbors, mountaintops, and delicious food. Bergen is a city that is alive during the day and joyously alive at night. fjord cruse during a sporadically raining day and out visit to the stave church of Bergen. It was inspiring to notice that all over Norway the communities are inviting. I was happy to see the focus on the environment and on raising children to value the land they live on. I was concerned about green colonization and the impact it is having on the Sami people. Norway is not a perfect land but for me, it sure is close.
