The Lower Owyhee River by Packraft

SUBSCRIBE: http://bit.ly/lifeofluke The Owyhee River, in southeastern Oregon is such a gem. We spent 5 days/4 nights from Rome to Birch Creek, a distance of approx. 50 miles/78km. The flow was an average of 2700 ft3/s for this period, a fun class 2/3 level, and the weather was perfect. We stopped by riverside hot springs, caves, desert tower formations, and saw lizards, rattlesnakes, owls, and many other soaring birds.
