I'm good at math. Graduated from Kaisei Junior and Senior High School and Keio University, Faculty of Law. After a little over 10 years of experience as a cram school instructor, in 2014, I opened Shingakukai, a cram school specializing in junior high school entrance exams, in Jiyugaoka. We currently have three classrooms in Meguro and Nakano, as well as online instruction. Based on the concept of "nurturing the ability to grow independently," I offer a unique "homeroom" style of class. I teach self-management skills such as scheduling and PDCA, and provide coaching to develop a growth mindset. These teaching methods are based on the latest evidence in educational psychology, and are particularly well-received by parents of science-oriented students. Shingakukai's teaching philosophy and methods are also distributed via email newsletters, which currently have approximately 8,000 subscribers.
