Harrogate 2022 Part 2 - Skelton Saws with Shane and Jaq Skelton
Episode 21 - The second video from my recent visit to the North of England Woodworking and Power Tool Show near Harrogate. In this episode, I talked to Shane and Jaq Skelton of Skelton Saws. Shane will make you a saw that fits your hand and to your own specifications according to the work you do. And, they’re not for show; they’re for using. I own five Skeltons and my large crosscut handsaw and tenon saw have been used extensively during the building of both workshops. Jaq talks about the origins of Skelton Saws and Shane talks about the saws themselves. Also, they make and sell their own oil and wax and Shane does a demonstration of those. Quite a long video, but it’s a good opportunity to get some tea and biscuits and nerd out on saws!
