Red Sea Reef Fishing Adventure in Obhur - طلعة صيد في خليج سلمان أبحر الجنوبية

After a 1500km road trip from Kuwait to the rocky mountains of Taif in Saudi Arabia, which is located in the province of Mecca and is only 1.5 hrs away from the coral reefs of the Red Sea in Jeddah. Got the chance to give it a try unprepared. This is one of many episodes fishing the Red Sea. In this episode: Fishing the beautiful coral reefs of South Obhur "Gulf of Salman" in the Red Sea using different fishing techniques throughout the session! In this trip, we started with float fishing, then switched to metal jigs and artificial lures around the reef edges, before finishing with bait on a sinker setup for bottom fishing. The reefs were full of activity, and we managed to catch some amazing species including Long Tom and the colorful Picasso Triggerfish. The crystal-clear waters and coral structure made for an exciting day of shore fishing in Jeddah’s Red Sea coastline.
