Advection, Heating and Material Derivative

The relationship between temperature advection and heating is explored using the expression for material derivative. We calculate the change of temperature over 1 hour for some point if the temperature gradient is 5 degC over 100 km and the wind is blowing from NNE. Radiative heating is assumed to be 1.5 degC over 1 hour.
