Orange Sandwich Biscuits

I thought it would be fun to make every recipe in Emelia Jackson’s “Some of my Best Friends are Cookies”. Welcome to my kitchen! I really liked these orange biscuits, even though the icing didn't work out as expected, the flavour was really nice. I would make them again, but maybe only add a tablespoon or so of orange juice, rather than the juice of a whole orange.
