EUSKARA LIVE AND LET DIE – The Big Bandits Nolatu Jaialdia | Lekeitio | 2024/07/12 Lekitto Musika Banda-k sortutako Nolatu Jaialdian eskainitako emanaldia. Proiektu honen erronkarik handiena entseguetan egon zen: ia dena sekzio erritmorik gabe, lehen tronpetarik gabe eta, askotan, tronboietako lehen atrilik gabe prestatu genuen. Big Band baten hizkuntza banda amateur batentzat erronka handia da, eta baldintza horietan are gehiago. Kontzertuan Asier Ardaiz (gaur egun David Bisbalen tronpetista) batu zen lehen tronpetan. Este proyecto tuvo una dificultad poco habitual: la mayor parte de los ensayos se realizaron sin sección rítmica, sin la primera trompeta y, en muchas ocasiones, sin los primeros trombones. Afrontar el lenguaje de una Big Band ya supone un enorme reto para una banda amateur; hacerlo en estas condiciones lo hacía aún más exigente. Para el concierto contamos con Asier Ardaiz, actualmente trompetista de David Bisbal. This project was especially challenging: most rehearsals took place without the rhythm section, without the lead trumpet, and often without the principal trombones. Performing Big Band music is already demanding for an amateur wind band; rehearsing under these conditions made it even more challenging. For the concert, we were joined by Asier Ardaiz, currently a trumpet player with David Bisbal.
