Triumph Speedmaster 865 - Test Ride

I had the opportunity to take this 2009 Triumph Speedmaster 865 out for a test ride yesterday in warm weather..yew! Not a bad bike for the asking price of $6950, although I'm not sure on the cruiser riding position with arms stretched out long and my feet wanting to slip off the footpegs.....Just not sure if it would be good on long rides? Good amount of power and braking, lovely exhaust note and it is a good looking badass beast that ain't a Harley!...But up close it was just a bit "worn" looking for my liking with some pitted chrome work and oil leaks. It looked to have spent some time out in the elements. Performance wise it seemed great. Not bad for a doer upper perhaps? Should I have passed this up?
