Modack Trial | Ziyaad Poole faces cross-examination in court

The state, in the trial of suspected crime boss, Nafiz Modack, has told the High Court in Cape Town that the accused and co-accused, including Ziyaad Poole, coordinated the failed assassination hit on Cape Town criminal lawyer, William Booth, in April 2020. This as the state continued to cross-examine Poole, who is accused number three. Poole and Modack, and 13 others, face more than 100 charges, including money laundering, racketeering, extortion and the 2020 failed hit on Booth.
