Welkom bij de documentaire over de man achter de schermen! Na keihard getraind te hebben en het uiterste uit zichzelf te hebben gehaald, heeft Frenkzz een mooi eindresultaat weten te behalen! Hij had een doel om zichzelf volledig droog te trainen en daarna aan te komen in spiermassa binnen drie maanden. Met volledige zelfvertrouwen en de hulp van de bradda’s Jan, Gena, Joey, Harrie, Willy en Yannick is het hem gelukt om dit doel te bereiken. En uiteraard hebben jullie, onze trouwe volgers en kijkers, er ook een aandeel in gehad! Niet alleen wilt Frenkzz jullie laten zien hoe het proces is verlopen, maar hij wilt jullie ook motiveren!
